DMV Medical Group is committed to providing exceptional care in a timely and efficient manner. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other patients from receiving the care they need and negatively impact our ability to serve the community. To ensure fairness and availability, we have implemented a strict cancellation, missed appointment, and rescheduling policy.
Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee: If you do not complete the requested paperwork at least 24 hours before your initial appointment, cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, or fail to show up, you will be charged a $200* fee.
Submitting a Cancellation/Reschedule Request: Cancellation requests may be submitted and accepted only via:
Phone: 240-669-7496
Via Portal: Submit a message via your patient portal or reply to the Welcome communication message sent to your email or text via Tebra/Kareo.
Avoiding Fees (*Fees are subject to additional credit card or ACH processing fees.)
To avoid cancellation or rescheduling fees:
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
For new clients, complete the requested paperwork at least 24 hours before your initial appointment
